Cancellation and Refund Policy

For book order within India, the books are shipped within 2 days from the order date.
For International book orders, it is usually shipped within 7 days from the order date.
To cancel your book order within India, please write within 2 days from date of purchase.
To cancel your book order outside India, please write within 7 days from date of purchase.
Full order amount will be refunded.

If you cancel the order after your order has been shipped, we will deduct the shipping and packing forwarding charges.
You will have to return the books to our following address at your own expenses :

In case of damaged book delivery, we will send a replacement copy after receiving satisfactory proofs from the buyer.
Refunds in such case will be solely at the discretion of HMP management.
All disputes and arbitrations are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Please allow 1 -3 Business days from Online course access activation after making the payment.
In case of series of Public Holidays or due to some unforeseen circumstances activation maybe delayed by few days.
To cancel your Online Course subscription, please write to : sales@onlinehmp.com within 7 days from course activation date. Full Course fees will be refunded.
For cancellation after 7 days of activation, course fees refund amount will be calculated on Pro Rata Basis, depending upon the balance course period. Admin Processing fees will be also deducted.
All disputes and arbitrations are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
