• Dr.Rajan Sankaran and the treating HCP(s) hereby clarify that, even in instances where teleconsultation is deemed a suitable option by the HCP, it may not be the optimum mode of rendering treatment and is accompanied by certain inherent limitations. 

• Dr.Rajan Sankaran shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, damage to the packaging, or deterioration of quality of medicines in the process of transit from the clinic to your location.
